Realtime File Indexing Stats Reset

When indexing photos, the Files Found and Files Indexed stats will reset when returning to the /dashboard/indexing page. I'm pretty sure this is just a visual issue on the frontend.

Yeah there's a frontend issue at the end of some indexing runs.

Version 0.2.0 will bring a new Jobs system and it should also resolve this issue. Thanks for reporting.
